Wencke Gwozdz

Born 1978, studied socio-economics and received her doctorate in economics at the University of Hohenheim, then worked for over ten years at Copenhagen Business School. Professor of Household and Consumer Economics since 2018 and Vice President for Research and Early Career Support at Justus Liebig University Gießen since 2024. Research and work focus: sustainable consumption, health behaviour and consumer policy, with a particular emphasis on nutrition and the societal effects of consumption decisions, as well as behaviour change.
