Mareike Augsburger

Mareike Augsburger (*1989), head of research and development and emergency

psychologist at foundation Carelink . She studied psychology at the Philipps University

of Marburg. Her doctoral thesis focused on the role of traumatic experiences in the

perpetuation of violence in crisis regions (University of Konstanz, 2017). Her scientific

focus is on psychotraumatology and the prevention of PTSD . In addition , s he also

works as psychological counselor in her own practice.
